For any booking over 28 days a damage deposit will be charged and is refundable upon check out. 40% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid 10 day(s) before arrival.
Short-term stays cancellation
- Full refund at least 14 days before check-in
- Partial refund 7-14 days before check-in
Long-term stays cancellation
Applies to stay 28 nights or longer.
- Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in
- After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
