Payment Schedule Monthly Stays

For any booking over 28 days a damage deposit will be charged and is refundable upon check out. 40% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid 10 day(s) before arrival.

Short-term stays cancellation

●      Full refund at least 30 days before check-in

●      Partial refund 7-30 days before check-in

Long-term stays cancellation

Applies to stay 28 nights or longer.

●      Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in

●      After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
