Short-term stays cancellation

• Full refund at least 14 days before check-in
• Partial refund 7-14 days before check-in

Long-term stays cancellation

Applies to stay 28 nights or longer.

• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in
• After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
