c. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the property and the duration of the stay. Specific cancellation policies are provided during the booking process. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit or payments made.

2. Check-in and Check-out

a. Check-in

Check-in times and procedures will be communicated prior to your arrival. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

b. Check-out

Guests must vacate the property by the specified check-out time. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

3. Use of Property

a. Occupancy Limits

Each property has a specified occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or the termination of your stay.

b. Property Care

You are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during your stay. Any damage or excessive wear and tear to the property will result in additional fees. You agree to report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.

c. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited at all Kingfisher Executive Housing Solutions properties:

  • Hosting parties or events without prior approval
  • Engaging in illegal activities
  • Smoking indoors (unless explicitly allowed in the property listing)
  • Bringing pets (unless allowed by prior agreement)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of any payments made.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed on our website.

5. Liability

a. Personal Injury

Kingfisher Executive Housing Solutions is not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that occur during your stay. Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and take care of their personal safety while on the property.

b. Property Loss or Damage

We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings and safeguarding their valuables.

6. Force Majeure

Kingfisher Executive Housing Solutions will not be liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government regulations. In the event of force majeure, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible or provide alternative accommodations where available.

7. Modifications and Termination

a. Changes to Reservations

Any changes to your reservation, including changes in the length of stay or number of occupants, must be communicated in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

b. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in illegal activities, or cause significant damage to the property.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kingfisher Executive Housing Solutions website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without our written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
