Question: Who do I contact to report damages or give notices?

Question: What is the cancellation policy?

Answer: Our cancellation policy varies based on the length of your booking. For specific details, please review the listing before booking or contact our customer service team.

Question: Can I get a refund for extra items I purchased during my stay?

Answer: We handle refunds for extra purchases on a case-by-case basis. No refund on personal items will be given. Contact our customer service for more details.

Question: What should I do if I want to extend my stay?

Answer: If you wish to extend your stay, please contact our leasing office as soon as possible to check availability and arrange an extension.

Yes, we offer early luggage drop-off options for your convenience. Please inform us in advance to arrange this service.

1. Submit a Change Request: You can do this through the Travel agency app by selecting “Change Reservation” under your reservation details. Adjust the checkout date to desired, and the system will automatically calculate any refund based on the updated stay duration.

2. Confirmation: Once the change request is submitted, We’ll review and approve it promptly. The reservation adjusted credit will be processed by the booking platform according to their policies, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Safe travels!

Question: Can I sign my rental agreement electronically?

Answer: Absolutely! We provide an electronic signing option to streamline your booking process. You’ll receive an email with instructions to securely sign your agreement online.

Question: What if I need to change my reservation?

Answer: Changes to your reservation can be made by contacting our support team. Please note, there may be a fee for changes made within 30 days of your occupancy.

 

Question: How do I get to the property?

Answer: Detailed directions and parking information will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Question: Can my mail or packages be forwarded after I leave?

Answer: Yes, mail forwarding can be arranged upon request. Please discuss this with our property management team before your departure.

Short term and extended stay options are available in spacious grade-A homes

Yes, we welcome pets at our properties. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet so we can show you the pet friendly homes.

Yes, we offer flexible stay options to accommodate short, mid, and long-term stays. Our corporate housing will give you the best price/quality ratio Renting housing needs both short and long term. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Our properties feature 24/7 monitoring, private security, burglar alarms, and secure access to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.

Refund will be processed within 15 days of check-out. We refund checks by check only, We do not set ACH. Please provide us with a mailing address.
